Landlords in Putnam County can join the Housing Network and reach applicants with steady income and support from the Coalition’s Partners. There are no fees to join.
What to Expect
1. Tell Us About Your Property

2. We Contact You
A member of the Coalition’s housing committee will reach out, usually within 48 hours, to answer your questions and talk through next steps. We may ask to see the property before a placement so everyone can feel confident the home is livable and functional.
3. You Stay in Control
You may use your usual screening and your usual lease, set your own rent, and decide whether to accept each tenant. Network housing has one additional requirement: tenants maintain sobriety, with no alcohol or substance use in any housing offered by network landlords.

Your answers are read by the Coalition’s housing committee and outreach team. We use them to contact you and to match your property with applicants. We do not sell or publish your information, and we will not list your property publicly without your permission.
