Partner Portal Information

📢 Coalition Update

Important updates regarding homeless advocacy in Putnam County. Meeting on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the First Baptist Church of Palatka from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM

Exclusive Access for Coalition Partners

This section of the website is reserved for registered members and official partners of the Putnam County Homelessness Solutions Coalition.

Status: Under Construction but Live And Functional

We are currently building a secure digital hub to streamline our community’s data. The main section of the Partner Portal is live and will serve as our central repository for uploading and inputting real-time information.

The Goal: By housing data in one location, we eliminate the need for manual outreach and waiting periods, ensuring our data is as current as the needs of those we serve.

Request Access

If you would like to receive an invite to the portal, please fill out the form on the Join The Coalition page or send an email with the following information:

Email To: PutnamHomelessSolutions@gmail.com

Subject: Portal Access Request

Include: Your Name, Title, and Organization.

If you were already granted access to the portal and are having issues, a troubleshoot is below and a guide is located here.

Interim Data & Document Submission

Until your organization has access to the portal, we are manually compiling the “Snapshot” ledger to ensure our advocacy remains data-driven and accurate.

Please send all data, reports, and documentation concerning homelessness in Putnam County directly to:

PutnamHomelessSolutions@gmail.com

All information provided will be organized and migrated into the Partner Portal .

The Portal Commentary Section

Each partner organization will appoint a Designated Representative to the Portal Commentary section. This will be a secure space for:

  • Real-time collaboration between agencies.
  • Direct Q&A with other coalition partners.
  • Strategic resource sharing to prevent duplication of services.

Data Confidentiality & Privacy Statement

The Putnam County Homelessness Solutions Coalition is committed to the highest standards of data integrity and partner privacy.

  • Purpose-Driven Collection: All information submitted via this portal or to our secure email (PutnamHomelessSolutions@gmail.com) is used exclusively for the purpose of strategic community coordination, resource management, and state-level advocacy.
  • Aggregated Reporting: Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon through a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), all public-facing data and legislative reports will use aggregated (de-identified) figures. No individual client-level data will be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Partner Autonomy: Participation in this coalition does not grant the Coalition governance over your organization’s internal records. Partners retain full ownership of the data they contribute.
  • Security Protocols: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect shared information from unauthorized access, accidental loss, or disclosure.

By submitting data to the Coalition, partners agree to these terms, ensuring a unified and secure voice for Putnam County’s most vulnerable residents.

Partner Portal: Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the Partner Portal?

The Partner Portal is a private, centralized “Command Center” for the Putnam County Homelessness Solutions Coalition. It is a tool designed to streamline communication, share real-time data, and ensure all partners are updated on local legislative changes like the Gloria Johnson Act.

2. What the Portal IS NOT

It is NOT a “Supervisor”: The Coalition does not manage your organization’s internal operations, staff, or finances.

It is NOT an “Extra Job”: You are not required to log in daily or perform data entry for other organizations.

It is NOT a Public Forum: Your internal discussions and shared documents are login protected and are not visible to the general public or the media.

3. Does joining the Portal create extra responsibility for our staff?

No. The portal is designed to reduce your workload. Instead of searching through old emails for meeting minutes or state compliance forms, everything you need is in one place. Your only “responsibility” is to use the resources provided to help us coordinate better as a county.

4. What are the benefits for our organization?

Real-Time Coordination: See where help is needed most in Putnam County so your resources aren’t wasted or duplicated.

Legislative Protection: Access templates and legal breakdowns of the Gloria Johnson Act to ensure your outreach remains compliant with 2026 state standards.

Volunteer Pipeline: When the Coalition recruits volunteers, we can direct them to your specific needs via the Portal.

5. Who owns the data we upload?

Your data belongs to you. When you share reports or documents, they are used solely for the purpose of coalition-wide reporting—often required for the city/county approval of programs like R.I.S.E.

6. Is there a cost to join?

No. Access to the Portal and all the legislative resources within it is provided free of charge to our formalized partners.

Accessing the Partner Portal: Troubleshooting

The Portal is hosted on a secure, private server separate from our public website. If you encounter a “Private Site” or “Login Required” screen, please follow these steps:

Check Your Invitation: Ensure you have accepted the email invitation from WordPress.com. Search your inbox (and spam) for “Red Conrad invited you to view…” or “Putnam County Homelessness Solutions Coalition invited you to view…”

The “Double Check” Login: If you are already at the Portal link and see a login screen, simply log in with the WordPress.com account you used to accept the invitation.

“Site Not Found” Error: If you see this, it usually means you are logged into a different WordPress account (perhaps a personal or church-related one) that hasn’t been granted access yet. Log out and log back in with the specific email address registered with the Coalition.

Still Having Trouble? Contact the Administrator at PutnamHomelessSolutions@gmail.com and we will manually re-sync your access within 24 hours.
